What I think of Being A Product Manager !!!

The role and responsibility maybe similar across the globe for this job position.

However, it is surprisingly very specific to a particular organization or sector.

It mainly depends on the company’s business model and revenue stream in alignment with efficiently using all the channels to get the maximum value through highest level of customer satisfaction by utilizing the art and data to create awesome products.

While a product manager is liable to the performance of owned module or the whole application, they are also entitled to understand customer, stakeholders, developers point of view. One thing to notice here is the best PM’s are the best thinkers, listeners and above all they are impact driven entities.
